Charting the Course

90 minutes · where we begin

Before any spreadsheets, we talk about the life the money is for. This is our vision meeting, where we work through your Waves of Purpose together: what you're building toward, what keeps you up at night, and what "enough" looks like for your family. Everything after this meeting takes its direction from it.

Anchoring Your Finances

2 to 2.5 hours · the foundation

This is the full review, where we go through everything together: accounts, insurance, estate documents, and the retirement plan you forgot you had at that old job. It's the heavy lifting, and once it's done, the real work moves quickly.

Navigating the Strategy

60 to 90 minutes each · the what-ifs

A series of focused working meetings, one topic at a time: retirement, taxes, education funding, insurance, estate planning, whatever your situation calls for. This is where we test the what-ifs against your real numbers. You'll have clear action items after each one, and so will we.

Your Plan, Delivered

within six months

We finish here: a complete, written financial plan you understand and believe in, with every recommendation explained in plain language. From there, many families choose to stay on with us for ongoing planning and regular check-ins. That's a conversation for later, with no obligation built in today.

Your own planning portal (RightCapital), where your full financial picture lives in one place, updated and secure.
Spending clarity through Monarch, so the plan is built on what actually happens each month, honestly and judgment free.
A written comprehensive plan covering cash flow, retirement, investments, taxes, insurance, education, and estate planning as your situation requires.
Coordination with your CPA, attorney, and other professionals when the plan touches their work.
A six month timeline we hold ourselves to, and we'll ask you to hold up your side too.

One flat fee, agreed before we start, and it covers everything listed above. We don't sell products, we don't earn commissions, and the fee is the fee whether your plan takes four meetings or eight.
